Bride

Your wedding dress will no doubt be the most important dress you will ever wear. Why compromise on what you want to wear on your wedding day, I can design and make for you the dress you dream to wear.

It is advisable to plan your wedding dress at least a few months in advance of your wedding to allow plenty of time for fittings and ordering special fabrics and trims.

Don't worry if you're not sure what you want to wear, I can help you design your perfect dress, and have lots of idea's and fabrics to show you.

I work with some fantastic suppliers, and can get you great quality fabrics for a very good price.

Bridesmaids

Choosing a style for your bridesmaids and flower girls can be made much easier when you have your dresses made for you.

By getting your dresses made, you also don’t have to think about organising, and the extra cost of alterations you might have with off the peg dresses

Our bridesmaids dresses can be made in any style and colour, and your choice of fabric and trims.

Either start from one of our basic shapes or design your own dresses.

Prices start from £175 for adults.

Mother of the Bride / Groom

Being the mother of the bride or groom is such a wonderful experience, something many mums have dreamed of for years.

I've made quite a few ‘mum’ outfits now, and I understand just how much pressure there is to look great, not outstage the bride, and not be wearing the same outfit as one of the guests, and of course the other mum!

A great solution is to get something made, whether that’s a complete outfit, a jacket to compliment a dress, or customising something off the peg, I can help relieve some of that unwanted stress off your shoulders.

Vintage

Vintage is a wedding trend that is growing more and more each year.

If you’re lucky enough to find the perfect vintage dress for your wedding, I can adjust it so it fits perfectly, and mend any imperfections.

Re-styling is often wanted, as much as we like the wedding styles of yesteryear, sometimes the styling can be a little old fashioned and modest, but with a little tweaking I can make you feel more comfortable without compromising on style.

If you’re not able to find that perfect dress after trailing through vintage shops and fairs and the internet, how about getting a dress made in a vintage style, you might be surprised how authentic it can look when you get the fabrics just right.

Alterations

I offer a full bridal alterations service, however complicated.

If you need something shortened or taken in, or if what you need is a more complicated re-styling, please just get in touch to see how I can help you. Basic alterations can be done within around 2-3 weeks, but if you think your job might be more complicated, please allow more time for this, some complicated alterations can take a few fittings to get them perfect.

I don't have a bridal alterations price list as the alterations vary so much from garment to garment. To give you an idea: to shorten a dress can be as little as £15, or £25 if it's a very full skirt, this would be per layer (if there are lots of layers the cost per layer will be a bit less). To take in a bodice is usually around £25-£35, depending on the style. To adjust straps is around £10-15. It's best just to get in touch so I can give you a more accurate price.

Fifties Bridalwear

Fifties styles dresses are so popular at the moment, particularly for brides.

We are currently working on our own collection of fifties inspired wedding dresses, which will be offered off the peg in sizes 6-16, or made to measure.

We are making these very affordable, starting at only £600, for brides who don’t want to spend a fortune.

We plan to have the dresses, and all details online by 7^th January.
